會議背景 Background 隨著國民經濟水平的提高,我國民航運輸業發展空前。國內外乘客的用餐需求也隨之不斷提高,航空食品與配餐成為眾多航空公司提高服務質量的一張王牌。隨著國際航空業競爭的加劇,航空食品正朝著工業化生產發展。然而從整體上看,我國航空食品的生產水平與發達國家相比仍存在較大差距,主要表現為生產自動化程度較低,缺乏行之有效的質量監管措施,產品質量不穩定,缺乏市場競爭力等。針對以上現狀,中國出入境檢驗檢疫協會聯合高登商業展覽利用“2015第四屆國際航空食品及飲料采購交易會” 的強大平台於6月10-11日舉辦“2015國際航空食品與配餐高峰論壇”,峰會將聚集航空公司與航食配餐企業高層,共同探討我國航空食品與配餐的現狀與未來發展之路。 With the boost of China's national economy, Chinese civil aviation transportation industry is booming tremendously. Meanwhile, the catering requirements of domestic and overseas passengers are also improved continuously, so that aviation food and catering becomes an ace for numerous airlines to improve their service quality. Along with the fierce competition in international aviation Industry, aviation food is tending to industrialized production. However from an overall perspective, Chinese aviation catering production levels are still much lower than those developed countries, mainly because of less automati-cally produced, without efficient quality control and supervision, unstable product quality, less market-competitive, etc. According to the above-mentioned situation, China Entry & Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association(CIQA)will hold “The 2th International Aviation Food & Catering Summit 2015” at June, 10th-11th based on the powerful platform of “The 4th International Aviation Food &Beverage Trade Fair”. The conference will gather lots of top leaders from Airlines and Aviation Catering Enterprises, aiming to discussing the current situation exploring the future development of Chinese aviation food and catering industry.
