PHIL CONSTRUT由菲律賓Global-Link公司主辦，並由菲律賓建築這協會的大力支持，自1991年創辦以來，每年一屆。
PHIL CONSTRUCT 占領作為菲律賓最成功的貿易展覽令人羨慕的地位,被認為是該地區最大建築、建材盛會。該展會一年舉辦一次，並繼續在規模和影響力上年復一年的增加。PHIL CONSTRUCT 吸引了廣大的專門的采購商，並為其提供了最新發展及未來行業發展趨勢，作為參展商，將直接與廣大采購商洽談，展示新的產品與服務，與潛在客戶面對面取得聯系，成交新的客戶和銷售渠道，確定新的代理與分銷商，進行市場調查並對公司進行推廣。同期舉辦的還有MINING ASIA菲律賓礦山展/HAVC/R 暖通制冷展/INTERIOR WORLD室內裝飾展。此綜合展獲得了菲律賓建築家協會，暖通制冷協會，室內裝飾設計協會及礦業安全與環境協會的大力支持。此會是菲律賓一年一度的盛會.
【上屆回顧】
參展商為516家，60908名專業觀眾到達展會現場，室外參展面積為1470平方米，室內參展面積為16230平方米，共售1015個展位。通過參加展會，展商中92%的達到預期目標，96%的滿意展會現場觀眾的流量，93%的遇到他們的目標市場，97%的滿意他們的成交業務，98%的表示他們將繼續參加2013年的展會。
